# Generate Call Insights

> Use the Insights tab as your personal AI assistant to draft messages, surface risks, and more.

## 1. Open Insights

Inside a conversation, click Insights.

## 2. Ask your question

Type a prompt just as you would in ChatGPT—e.g.:

* “Draft a quick text to re‑engage the prospect who’s ghosting.”
* “What objections came up and how were they addressed?”

Attention scans the call (or the full deal’s call library) and returns a context‑aware response you can **Copy** in one click.

## 3. Use template prompts

Stuck for ideas? Select a pre‑built prompt such as:

* **Long summary** / **Short summary**
* **Closing attempt**
* **Deal risks**
* **Active listening recap**

Each template auto‑fills the prompt box—just press **Enter**.

## 4. Manage your prompts

* **Copy** results to clipboard for quick sharing.
* **Delete** prompts to keep your history tidy.

### Tips

* Phrase requests as clearly as possible for best answers.
* Reference **pain points, next steps, or objections** to get laser‑focused output.
* Combine the Insights tab with **Snippets** to share AI‑generated summaries plus video highlights.
