## Why comment on calls?

* Capture feedback while the context is fresh.
* Ask for coaching on tricky objections.
* Spotlight best-practice moments for the wider team.

## Add a new comment

1. **Open the call** in Attention.
2. On the **right-hand sidebar**, click the speech‑bubble icon to open the **Comments** panel.
3. **Scrub or play** to the exact moment you want to discuss, then click **➕ Add comment**.
4. **Type your note**. Use `@name` to tag a teammate (e.g. `@Jacob`).
5. Set **visibility**:
   * **Private** – only the tagged person sees it.
   * **Team** – share with your team workspace.
   * **Organization** – visible to everyone (great for best practices).
6. Click **Comment**.

> **Heads‑up:** Tagged teammates get an automatic email that jumps them straight to this timestamp.

## View & reply to comments

* All comments stay pinned to that moment in the call.
* Click any comment to **reply, edit, or delete** (… menu).
* Replies nest in a thread, so conversations stay tidy.

## Best‑practice tips

* **Get coaching on an objection:** Tag your manager privately and ask for input.
* **Celebrate a great pitch:** Share publicly at the **Organization** level.
* **Collaborate on a complex deal:** Open the visibility to your **Team** so everyone can weigh in.
