## 1. Link your calendar

1. Click **Settings → Personal settings**.
2. Under **Calendar**, hit **Link calendar**.
3. Choose **Google**, **Outlook**, or **Zoom** and grant the requested permissions.\
*If Google asks for additional check‑boxes, tick them so Attention can read and join events.*
4. Head back to **Home → Upcoming events**.
   * Events with the Attention badge = we’ll join.
   * Hover any event to learn **why** we’re joining—or not.

## 2. Personalize Attention

Back in **Settings**, tune things so Attention feels like *yours*:

* **Appearance:** Switch between **Light** and **Dark** mode.
* **Language:** Pick your **Primary language** for transcripts & summaries.
* **Auto‑join:** Keep all **four boxes** checked so Attention joins every call—even with guests outside your company.
* **Notetaker identity:** Give your notetaker a **name** and **avatar** to match your brand.

## Tips

**How do I know Attention is in my meeting?**

Look for the Attention notetaker participant once the call begins. You’ll also see the badge in **Upcoming events** beforehand.

**Can I change these settings later?**

Any time—just revisit **Settings**.
