# Super Agent

> What Super Agent can do, and where you can use it: the web app, Slack, Microsoft Teams, the API and MCP.

Super Agent is Attention's AI assistant. It answers questions about your sales conversations, deals and accounts. You can chat with it in the Attention web app, in Slack and in Microsoft Teams, or call it from your own tools through the API and MCP.

## What Super Agent can do

These work the same way wherever you use Super Agent:

* **Answer questions about your data.** Ask it to summarize a call, compare deals, find what customers said about a topic, or list the objections that came up this month.
* **Keep the conversation going.** Ask follow-up questions in the same chat or thread, and Super Agent builds on its earlier answers.
* **Use your company's knowledge.** When your organization has a [Knowledge Base](https://docs.attention.com/super-agent/knowledge-base.md), Super Agent uses it in its answers and links to the articles it used. If your admin turned on web search, it can also look things up on the web.
* **Make changes for you.** Super Agent can create a scorecard, link a call to a CRM deal and more, but only the actions your admin turns on in [Agent Permissions](https://docs.attention.com/super-agent/access-and-permissions.md). Before a change, it asks for your approval, and you can approve only in the web app.
