## 1. Open Scorecard Templates

1. Click your **initials → Settings**.
2. In the sidebar, choose **Scorecard Templates**.

## 2. Add a new scorecard

1. Select **Add scorecard**.
2. **Name** it—for example, *Discovery Call*.
3. **Associate Teams**: pick the teams this scorecard applies to (or **Select all**).
4. *(Optional)* **Associate Call Tags**: link the scorecard to specific call types such as *Discovery* or *Closing*.
5. Click **Add scorecard** to start building.

## 3. Set the scoring scale

* **Minimum score** (e.g. `1`)
* **Maximum score** (e.g. `5`)
* *(Optional)* **Medium score** (e.g. `3`) for a midpoint rating

## 4. Define scoring fields

1. Click **➕** to add a field.
2. **Label** the skill or behavior—e.g. *Identify Pain*.
3. Describe what each end of the scale looks like:
   * **Low score** example: “Prospect’s pain points were not discussed.”
   * **High score** example: “Clear, quantifiable impact of pain articulated.”
4. *(Optional)* Add a **mid-score** description.
5. *(Optional)* **Weight** the field if it’s more important than others.
6. Repeat for every area you want to score.

## 5. Test the prompt

Use **Test prompt** to run the scorecard against an existing conversation. Review the AI output and tweak wording or weights until the results feel right.

## 6. Save and deploy

Click **Save** when you’re satisfied. The template is now live for any calls that match the selected teams and tags.

**Tips**

* Create separate scorecards for different call stages (e.g. *Discovery*, *Demo*, *Negotiation*).
* Update weights over time to keep the focus on evolving priorities.
* Test frequently on real calls to ensure the criteria drive useful coaching insights.
