CRM Auto Update
Review and push data to your CRM after each call.
Video Walkthrough
1. Review the captured fields
After a call finishes, open the conversation in Attention. You’ll see every custom field that was populated from the transcript.
2. Locate the matching Opportunity
Attention links the call to the correct Opportunity by checking the participants on the meeting (e.g., a contact such as Jim Bob at Bob’s Builders).
3. Sync the data
- Manual sync (shown in the video)
Click Sync in the call sidebar. The information pushes to your CRM in a few seconds. - Automatic sync (common default)
Configure the workflow once; data flows to your CRM immediately after each call, with no user action needed.
4. Confirm in your CRM
Open the Opportunity record you just synced.
The previously empty fields should now show the values captured on the call—picklists correctly selected, text fields filled, and competitor or use‑case entries recorded.
Notes
- All captured values follow the formats of your existing CRM custom fields.
- Automatic syncing is recommended to keep records up‑to‑date without extra clicks.
- If you add new custom fields in your CRM, map them in Attention’s workflow settings so they populate on future calls.
Tips
- Your Attention homepage lists previous conversations that have not yet been synced to your CRM.
