Video Walkthrough

1. Open Call Labels

  1. Click Settings → Call labels.
  2. Select Add label category.

2. Define the category

  1. Title — name the type of label (e.g. Call type, Competitor, Industry).

  2. Teams — choose the team(s) this label applies to, or Select all.

  3. AI prompt — describe what the label should capture, for example:

“Differentiate the stage of the sales cycle this call belongs to.”

3. Add label options

Create mutually-exclusive options Attention can choose from—for instance:

  • Discovery – “Tag if the call focuses on the rep asking diagnostic questions.”
  • Demo – “Tag if the call centers on presenting the Attention platform.”
  • Closing – “Tag if the call is a negotiation aimed at getting a signed contract.”

Add as many options as needed; each one should be crystal-clear and unique.

4. Test the prompt

  1. Click Test prompt and run it against sample conversations.
  2. Check that Attention consistently selects the correct label.
  3. Refine the prompt or option descriptions until results are reliable.

5. Save & deploy

When you’re satisfied, click Save changes. The new Call Label is live—Attention will apply it automatically to future calls.
