  1. Click Settings → Personal settings.
  2. Under Calendar, hit Link calendar.
  3. Choose Google, Outlook, or Zoom and grant the requested permissions.
    If Google asks for additional check‑boxes, tick them so Attention can read and join events.
  4. Head back to Home → Upcoming events.
    • Events with the Attention badge = we’ll join.
    • Hover any event to learn why we’re joining—or not.

2. Personalize Attention

Back in Settings, tune things so Attention feels like yours:

  • Appearance: Switch between Light and Dark mode.
  • Language: Pick your Primary language for transcripts & summaries.
  • Auto‑join: Keep all four boxes checked so Attention joins every call—even with guests outside your company.
  • Notetaker identity: Give your notetaker a fun name and avatar to match your brand.

FAQ

How do I know Attention is in my meeting?

Look for the Attention notetaker participant once the call begins. You’ll also see the badge in Upcoming events beforehand.

Can I change these settings later?

Any time—just revisit Settings.
