The Generalized Insights feature scans large sets of calls to surface trends like common objections, competitor mentions, or pricing concerns.

Access: Sidebar → Analytics ▸ Generalized Insights
Permissions: Managers and Admins only

1. Create a new insight

  1. Click New insight.
  2. Give it a working title (you can rename later).

2. Write your question

Use natural language—e.g. “What are the top objections prospects raise?”

3. Set filters

Narrow the scope before running:

  • Date range – choose the period to analyze.
  • Teams – limit to specific groups.
  • Members – include only certain reps.
  • Opportunities / Conversations – drill down to a single deal if needed.
  • Call tags – focus on call type, product, competitor, or sales stage.

4. Run & wait

Click Generate insight. Large searches may take a minute; you’ll get an email when results are ready.

5. Review results

The finished insight shows:

  • Your question and editable title.
  • A list of aggregated findings with supporting quotes.

Click any result to see the source quotes. Select a quote to jump into the conversation; paste the text into the transcript search bar to land on the exact moment.

6. Modify or rerun

Hit Modify insight to tweak the question or filters and generate fresh results.


Tips

  • Use call tags (e.g. Competitor: AcmeCo) to isolate specific scenarios.
  • Save high‑value insights and reshare the link with execs.
  • Combine quantitative dashboards with Generalized Insights to add qualitative color at scale.
