The Knowledge Base holds the reference material you want Super Agent to know: product sheets, pricing notes, battlecards, case studies, internal playbooks. When you ask Super Agent a question, it looks up the relevant parts of your Knowledge Base, uses them in its answer and links to the articles it used as sources.

1. Open the Knowledge Base

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings, then Knowledge Base. The page has two sections: Each section has its own Upload and New Article buttons, so what you add goes to the section you add it from. 2. Upload files

  1. In the section you want, click Upload. The Upload to knowledge base dialog opens.
  2. Click Choose files and pick one or more files. Attention accepts .txt, .md, .csv, .json and .pdf files up to 25 MB each.
  3. Click Upload.
Each file appears in the list with its file name as the title. While Attention prepares it, the row shows Indexing…. When it’s ready, the row shows how many sections Attention split it into and the date. The Upload to knowledge base dialog with Choose files and two files selected

3. Write an article

  1. In the section you want, click New Article.
  2. Type a title where it says Untitled.
  3. Write the article in the editor below. Press / to add a heading, a list, a code block, a quote or a divider. Select text to make it bold, italic, struck through, a heading or code.
  4. Click Save.
The article goes back to the list and is indexed like an uploaded file. A new Knowledge Base article with a title and text in the editor

4. Edit or delete an entry

Click any row to open it:
  • An article opens in the editor. Change the title or the text, then click Save.
  • An uploaded file opens in a preview. To rename it, click the pencil next to the title, type the new name and press Enter. PDFs also have an Open in new tab link. To change the content of a file, delete it and upload the new version.
To delete an entry, click the trash icon on its row, then Delete.
Deleting an entry removes it from the Knowledge Base right away, and Super Agent stops using it. You can’t undo this.

Troubleshooting

Attention couldn’t prepare the file. Delete it and upload it again. If it fails again, contact support@attention.com.
