Use Super Agent in Microsoft Teams - Attention Docs

Super Agent is available when it is turned on for your organization. If you don’t see it, contact your Attention team.

Once the Microsoft Teams Super Agent connection is set up, you can ask questions in Teams. To set it up, see Microsoft Teams integration.

Ask a question

Direct messages — open a chat with Attention AI and ask your question.
In a channel — add the Attention AI app to the channel, then mention @Attention AI followed by your question. It replies in the same thread.

While it works, Super Agent posts Thinking…, then the full answer.

What works only in the web app

In Teams you can’t attach files, and Super Agent can’t make changes that need approval. Deep Analysis, the call you’re viewing and chat sharing are web app features.
