Super Agent is available when it is turned on for your organization. If you don’t see it, contact your Attention team.
Ask a question
- Direct messages — open a direct message with Attention and type your question. You don’t need to mention it.
- Mentions in a channel — add @Attention to the channel, then mention it in your question, for example “@Attention summarize my last call with Acme”. Super Agent replies in a thread under your message. In a channel it only answers messages that mention it, so mention it again in your follow-ups.
Shared threads
Teammates can mention @Attention in the same thread to build on earlier answers. Super Agent reads the earlier messages in the thread. Each question is answered with the access of the person who asked it.Attach files
Attach a file to your message and Super Agent uses it in its answer. It accepts the same file types as the web app, up to 25 MB.What works only in the web app
In Slack, Super Agent can’t make changes that need approval. It tells you to make the request in the Attention app instead. Deep Analysis, the call you’re viewing and chat sharing are web app features. Slack conversations don’t appear in your web chat history.Troubleshooting
