Super Agent is available when it is turned on for your organization. If you don’t see it, contact your Attention team.
The web app has the most Super Agent features: file attachments, the call you’re viewing as context, your chat history and chat sharing.

Open Super Agent

You can use Super Agent on its own page or in a floating panel that follows you around the app. Full page. Go to Agents → Super Agent. Your chats are listed on the left, and the message box is in the middle. The Super Agent page with the Chats list on the left and the message box Floating panel. On any other page, click the Super Agent tab on the right edge of the screen. The panel opens over the page you’re on. To move the tab, drag its grip up or down. The panel header has four buttons:
  • Open in full page — continues the same chat on the Super Agent page.
  • History — lists your past chats.
  • New Chat — starts an empty chat.
  • The minimize icon — closes the panel. Your chat stays open for next time.

Ask a question

  1. Type your question in the message box.
  2. Click the send button.
  3. Super Agent shows its progress while it works, then writes the answer in the chat.
To cancel an answer in progress, click Stop. Super Agent names each chat for you from the conversation.

Ask about the call you’re viewing

When you open the floating panel on a call page and start a new chat, Super Agent adds a Current Call chip above the message box. Your first question is then about that call, so you can ask “What were the next steps?” without naming the call. To ask about something else, click the × on the chip to remove it before you send. Attach files

Add images, PDFs and spreadsheets to a question:
  1. Click the paperclip icon (Attach files) next to the send button. You can also drag files onto the message box, or paste them.
  2. The files appear above the message box. Click the × on a file to remove it.
  3. Type your question and send it. The files go with that message.
Supported files are PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, PDF, CSV, XLSX, DOCX, TXT, Markdown and JSON. Images and PDFs can be up to 25 MB, and other files up to 10 MB. A PDF and a spreadsheet attached above the message box

Find, rename and delete chats

On the Super Agent page, the Chats list on the left shows your recent chats. Chats you start through the API or MCP appear here too.
  • Open a chat — click it.
  • Start a new chat — click the + button next to Chats.
  • Search — type in Search chats….
  • Rename — hover over a chat, click the … menu, choose Rename, enter a Chat name and click Save.
  • Delete — hover over a chat, click the … menu, choose Delete, then click Delete chat.
To hide the list, click the arrow on its right edge. Click it again to bring the list back. In the floating panel, click History to see the Chat History list and click a chat to reopen it. The chat menu with Rename and Delete
Deleting a chat removes all of its messages permanently. You can’t undo it.

Share a chat

Every chat starts Private: only you can see it. Make it Public to get a link that anyone can open, with no Attention login.
  1. Open the chat and click Share at the top right. The Share chat dialog opens.
  2. Under Visibility, click Public.
  3. A Share link appears. Click the copy button next to it.
  4. Click Done.
The Share chat dialog with Public selected and the share link Anyone with the link can view the chat. Admins should know that a public link can expose the data in a chat to anyone the link reaches. The link opens a read-only page with the chat title, the date it was shared, your questions, Super Agent’s answers and the files attached to the messages. It doesn’t show the steps Super Agent took, your chat list or anything else in your account, and viewers can’t ask follow-up questions. A shared Super Agent chat opened from a public link To stop sharing, open the chat, click Share and click Private. The link stops working right away. If you make the chat public again later, you get a new link.

Keep track of your tasks

If your workspace has a task allowance, the Super Agent page shows a counter above the message box, for example 42 of 100 Tasks Remaining.
  • Click Upgrade or Contact sales next to the counter to get more tasks.
  • Click the × to hide the counter.
When the tasks are used up, the counter changes to Out of tasks · replies will be slower. You can keep asking questions; answers take longer until more tasks are added.
